Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, Loaba may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
International Shipping
Loaba ships to selected international destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.
Loaba is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
While we will do our best to assist, Loaba is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
